MetalAges headquarters for sale! (Northern Virginia)

I am about 25-35 minutes from Falls Church - depending on the time of day. It's about 40-55 minutes outside DC. Both as really easy to get to from our place (2 main roads get you there from here).

That's about what we're looking at now (between the 2 kids and my biz stuff etc. we need it). We're trying to keep things in the low 400s (which is tough for this area) with 3000-ish sq. ft and a finished basement, on a quarter acre lot. We shall see...

yea that's awesome

It would be pretty amazing for us to live in that sort of a house (3,000 square feet) considering where we came from (a very poor country, Armenia).

Fuck you people and your expensive houses.

This piece of shit I'm happy to live in cost us 70k and probably ain't worth more than 100k now. Ugh, assholes with money

:p

Well it depends entirely on living expenses. For example, the type of house in question here would probably go for under 100K in backwater Illinois.

Yes. Though most of Illinois is quite developed, so the term 'backwater' is an incorrect label.

MA, that's a pretty nice house, you should get good stuff for it

work hard, get a real career and you'll be able to live in a 300 - 400 K house by the age of 27-30

it's not exactly difficult anyways, a man making 60 grand a year with a wife making 30 grand a year can easily live that sort of a lifestyle...

edit: hell, if you're 25 and married and each of your are bringing in 40 k a year, you can afford that sort of a lifestyle.

Or you could just be content where you are. Or you could get married and have kids and one of you can stay home and you can live more modestly (and potentially more happily) on one income. There are a lot of options.
