metalcore - i need some help here.. (out of sync?)

hello guys..i start to edit (before mix) my friends band and i need some help..he send me midi file with drums but it where out of sync in a part,i fix it but i think that goes out of metronome in some parts and then comes again in..please hear it and give me some advices...thanks in advance

In the beginning is ok, maybe just the guitars are not that tightly played. After 30s it goes pretty bad. After 55s it's pretty much ok again. The problem is the guitars are too lose at many places through the song. If it's not a problem with the midi file, maybe the guitarists have not been playing to the metronome while recording it, or I don't know.
