metalcore mix help!

So I just joined a christian metalcore band and since I have recently bought Pro Tools 8 along with Pod Farm and Waves, I decided I would learn how to record and mix/master. I have been reading this forum for about 3 weeks now, and I've learned a bit, but I'm still not even CLOSE to what I want to accomplish. Here is what I have so far

its just the intro to one of our songs. please keep in mind this is SO rough its not even funny. i need all the help I can get, so any tips about ANYTHING at all will be much appreciated!

Reupload it as an mp3 (although I'm proud that you used dropbox!)

Also, you have to post this kind of stuff in rate my mix forum.

Just trying to help (because regulars will demand this).

My quick 2 cents, not bad at all. I don't hear bass guitar (I'm guessing there isn't any). Put some in and it will improve 10 fold.
