Any suggestions?
I'm using a Sennheiser e822s dynamic to record, sending them through a very hard compressor while tracking, compressing again after tracking, with EQ boost after at 150 Hz and 4 Khz. Sometimes adding reverb and delay in spots, and phaser or chorus in a couple spots just for effect.
I also have a MXL Mogami LDC available to use if this might help any..
