This is based off another thread in the Anthrax forum for Anthrax albums. The rules are:
1)Each album starts with 10 points.
2)You can subtract 2 points from one album, and add 2 points to another.
3)You can make multiple votes, however there has to be two posts from other users between your own.
4)When an album reaches 0, they're out, and you cannot vote them back in.
