Really? Most of the Opeth fans I've met have been fairly intelligent. Sure a lot of them go overboard with their fanboism and thinking Akerfelt is some sort of Messiah but I wouldn't call them that stupid.

It seems like there are more Megadeth fans bringing up Metallica than there are Metallica fans bringing up Megadeth. The two bands barely sound similar.

Metallica/ACDC fans...here they are a big problem,I still can't believe Anthrax have a forum.I can't fathom people who like these bands and seemingly refuse to look into the actual good stuff,oh well their loss.I used to work with this guy who actually named one of his kids Lars and had the Jason Newstead undercut,he along with Metallica themselves totally made me hate that band.I'd try and put him onto better stuff but it was like he had a mental block....can you imagine naming your kid Lars Hamilton,really fucking embarassing and downright annoying.
