If I get 2 of these, I don't have to buy 2 times a plugin to be able to load it 2 more time ?

Would it be a 300 voucher, or 2 times 150 voucher (each for its card) ?

You can have up to 4 cards running in one system and share all the plugs. You just have to buy them once for each system (or group which it is called in UAD language). How many plugs you can run depends on how much resources the plugs need. Just like running native plugs.
To run the cool plugins you need at least 2 cards to get enough power not to be able to open only instance of a ssl channel strip or so.
To do a full production with only UAD plugins I´d recommend at least 3 cards.
Or you get the new UAD-2 card which should be much more powerful.

You get one voucher for each card so if you buy 4 cards you get 4 vouchers.

Thank you, it sounds clear to me now. I was afraid that plugs wouldn't be shared inside a whole goup. For the moment, 2 uad would be enough for me. With the vouchers, it's a best deal than 1 uad2.
