Mic Riser for XY/ORTF

Hey guys, need some help over here. I have this K&M Mic stereo bar

What I need is some sort of a mic riser, i.e. something which would enable me to have one mic's capsule to hover above the other, either for XY or ORTF (in crossed mics setup).

Need it to look like this (for ex.)

Does anyone have some idea as to how to achieve this?

^^ahhhh, yeah, how could I forget those adapters.
3/8 to 5/8, then 5/8 to 3/8. Brilliant!

I have the same bar, If i use it (which is never) i will put the mic clips directly on the bar spaced as far apart as possible, then put the microphones very deep into the mic clip, you should be able to put the capsules xy right above each other.
