I've been browsing since it's tax return time for some new gear. I'm definitely going to be getting either an RME Fireface 800 or the Profire 2626, can you really tell the difference on these units audio quality wise? I ran into this preamp and was wondering if anyone here has it or has used it and is it worth the $? Please suggest a good pre to pair with one of the above units! $500-600 range! Thanks for the help this forum has saved me eons of learning about recording!
