What's the budget? The EV RE-20 ($500) is nice, the Nuemmann TLM-103 is nicer ($1k), the Audio Technica 40 series is good too 4033 ($300) & 4040 ($500). Contact Chris Roy for acurate pricing (I'm guessing on costs).
Also, you might want to think about the acoustic environment... some sound deadening will let you record the dialog dry, and then you can add some reverb in the DAW to make it sound more real.... I like and use www.realtraps.com... they have a special stand mounted product that is nice.

Yeah, Nuemmanns' are great, but that's out of my price range. The ATs look more like what I can afford, and I've used their mics in the past and have been happy with them. Thanks!
