I think the only country where is better to get some vacinations is Ecuador

unless you plan on visiting jungles but if youre going to cities, you dont need anything

just remember not to drink water from tap if youre coming to mexico. actually my city's water is pretty good, but just to be on the safe side, drink bottled water
