Might as well ask: Anyone have a gold badge to sell?

I just recently moved back to Atlanta and I plan on making it to every ProgPower now that I'm a GA resident again. Does anyone have or know anyone who has a gold badge to sell?

I am kicking myself for not buying it when I had the chance!

Yeah, I kinda thought so...but I wanted to throw it out there anyway just in case someone had one. I'm happy enough to get my hands on a normal ticket, but since I'm in it for the long haul I'd like to be a gold badge member.

There were plenty of GB's available last year. If you really want one, I'm sure you can obtain one fairly easily closer to PP.

Although now that I think about it, there were quite a few people affected by Katrina who were unable to attend last year. I know I remember a few of them having GB's up for sale. So perhaps there may me significantly less available this year.

I'm trying to understand how the GB works. Once you have a GB do you get them each year or are they sold year-to-year? I was under the impression that it was some sort of VIP membership. I know there are advantages to having it, but are you "IN" until you give yours up?
