Gross Misconduct is from 1989 (and not from 1992). So there are only 3 years between 'Surfing..' and 'Misconduct'. That's not a huge gap.
In 1999/2000 S.O.D. had released a new album album an was touring. So that could explain the years between 'Dictated Aggression' and 'Rebel'.

M.O.D. also released LOVED BY THOUSANDS ... HATED BY MILLIONS in 1995. But.... why do you want to know?
