Heyo. This is Matt Lee at Sleepless Nights Studios here in Madison, WI and I'm kinda bored and just realized I'm at a computer w/internet access so uh, now I'm going to bother you all with the boring details of my band's recording.
We're recording 6 songs totalling about 43 minutes. All drums are done and about 2/3 of bass. We're just getting started on guitar and should be finishing up bass later tonight. We're slightly behind schedule so hopefully our budget will still allow for tracking AND mixing. We probably won't have it out as promptly as we'd hoped, but we'll have a few mixed (but not mastered) tracks on our website while we shop promo copies to labels and magazines sometime in November. Then we'll try to scrounge up the money to master/duplicate it (whilst hoping a label picks us up and does that for us before we have to). So, uh, yay. Or something.
