Missing booklet page from The Damnation Game SE ...

My copy of the Special Edition version of The Damnation Game is missing a page booklet. It appears that there are pictures on this page as well as lyrics to Savage Curtain and some lyrics for Whispers (underrated, by the way ). Does anyone else have this trouble with their Special Edition copy? Also, if anyone knows, what's up with this? Are they going to let us send in our booklets for correct ones ... ?

Hell.. I also have something similar, I just bought Blackwater Park by Opeth. And the last minute of the last track just isn't there. "The sun sets forever over.." and then it stops .
