mix advice/aproval/criticism etc

just doing a bit of mixing for a local band and would love any feedback you have to help me push the sound further.

Sounds super good dude! It's pumping a little. Where's your master comp hitting? I usually try to make it hit between 6 and 8 db.

cheers guys, you both raise valid points.

i will definately be driving the master comp less.

i used the slo-100 in podfarm which has a pretty bad (imo) 'airness' to it. didn't really pick up on it at the time but it could be what you're hearing in the guitars, will be swapping them out for another ampsim.

will have a new mix tomorrow to share and hopefully those issues will be rectified.

When using Ampsims, dont be afraid of cutting some 4K at high Q
