I´m working besides my regular bands on my "13 days before suicide" project. I put out an full album last year witch was mixed by a pro. Now I´m working on an EP and this time I´d like to mix it by myself.
Some vocals are still missing and not recorded yet, but I´m already working on a mix.
Drums are real, but I triggerd the snare and basedrum, because I´ve missed a bit punch, click, snap etc. So what you hear on the drums is : snare 50% real and 50% trigger, kick 40% real and 60% trigger...
Guitars and bass still need some editing...
I think the kick has a bit too much low end. Guitars need a bit more of low mids. Snare could have less bottom...
It´s not mastered yet. I´ve just made it "loud" right now in the master bus to check it with different productions...
What do you think ?
