hey guys i just recently got the slate VCC and such, and im doing a mix test on some stems that somebody posted. tell me what you think?

I have VCC and couldn't tell a massive difference in this , Brit N cranked on the Master bus always improves the depth of things.. Guitars are too loud and need some EQ'ing to let the drums breath a bit.. Not in front of my monitors so I wouldn't like to comment on the bass...

I can definitely tell the difference with my headphones. The 2nd one sounds more glued, like the guitars and drums are working better together. Whereas in the 1st one the guitars sound apart from the guitars. I like the 2nd one better.

Record a bass guitar.

Also, I'm having a hard time mixing drums. really bad. Is there any tut you guys can show me so that i can get better at it?
