i emailed the End Records and asked the following:

I was wondering if you would be carrying the Limited Edition 2 disc set
from Nevermore. Enemies of Reality, cd + bonus DVD?? If so, I'd like to
pre-order that as soon as I possibly can.

Satan was most certainly not a mistake. I was screwing around with some really asshole, but that doesn't mean he wasn't wanted!

His dad left me when he found out I was pregant. Big surprise right? Well, he "said" he got lost trying to cross the River Styx, but I think that's a load of bullshit.

However, my son is highly misunderstood! He was inquisitive, he questioned the universe, and those, those, those damn christians made him to be evil!!! All he did was tell God "you're full of shit". Then blam! He got cast out. I think it was all big misunderstanding, but it's worked out well for us. We've been a happy family of millions ever since.
