i remember playing the first arma demo or something and it's insanely complex, but awesome in some respect.

What makes it awesome is that it really is a "true battle simulator".. but what makes it less awesome is that its fucking boring as a computer game.

About ten of my clan also play ARMA2. It's a totally different experience. It is a battle simulator and not a simple computer game. If you are into tactical realism then it's very cool. If you want an hour of happy distraction then it's a horrible waste of time.

I ruined my Black Ops like 5 days after getting it for XMas. Xbox fell over (was standing on its side) with the game in it, running, put a nice score around the entire center of the disc. Unreadable. So, I borrowed our vocalists copy yesterday, Installed it to the HD, and then tried using my effed up disc....and it worked! Once in a while I get the "Disc is unreadable" error, but it works for the most part.

I feel like the gameplay is weird....character movement seems slow and stiffer than MW2, grenades are too quiet sounding, and the overall vibe of the game is just...ehh. I think I like MW2 better.
