Mogami cable users....HELP!

Hi guys...and girl. I got my hands on some Mogami cable (Neglex 2534 Microphone) and I bought some Amphenol connectors. I think I can make some killer cables outta this.

Here's my dilemma. I'm trying to make a TRS jack - XLR Male cable (interface - powered monitors) I've made plenty cables before but this cable has Quad wiring, any idea as how to wire all 4 wires from the TRS jack and to the XLR Male?

Clint

XLR End (male or female) TRS End
Pin 1 - Shield................... Sleeve - Shield
Pin 2 - Hot (positive).......... Tip - Hot (positive)
Pin 3 - Cold (negative)........ Ring - Cold (negative)

Oh and just twist the like colored conductors together and solder them to a single pin (I'm not sure if that's part of the question).
So Pin 1= Shield, Pin 2= Blues, Pin 3= Whites.

OK i got the answer from the source ;p

Do It Yourself Questions:
How do I wire the quad cable?
Just connect both blue conductors to "hot" or signal + (pin 2 on XLR, tip of TRS) both clear conductors to "low" or signal - (pin 3 of an xlr, ring of TRS) and attach the shield to ground (pin 1 of an xlr, sleeve of a TRS).
