What's wrong with rosin? It's all I've ever used and I haven't had any issues whatsoever.

flux always seems to make stronger connections IMO. or it could be that the last time i used rosin core was around the time i started soldering and maybe i did it wrong back then. I have a tube of flux that has lasted me for years so maybe when that runs out ill try the rosin again. I think i will get my cancer from smokes and weed long before flux has any affect one me.

i make all my own cables, no one is better then yourself at knowing if a cable is good quality or not, at least you know what your making it with

Oz i don't see a 500ft reel, what did you end up paying for 500ft?

Also from what i read its smaller in diameter correct?

Do you have to buy special xlr ends for this cable?

Ive always bought cables but I solder things all the time, so i think its time to start making my own cables and save a buck.
