I guess it doesn't. The age of consent here is 16 too, and even under people can do stuff with those 3 years older or younger than them. I know this as I worked in a law place and read their books (don't ask me why). I'm not touching anyone underage though.

He isn't evil. I've even met him, he's a good musician, and he just became popular. He's from the same town as me, and I saw him playing locally years ago. I think his new stuff is more pop oriented, but still good.

I personally don't really like his music nor his attitude from what I know of it. Also quite a few people somewhere I go have said he wasn't so nice when they met him. He also dissed DMB and said he wasn't anything like them (even if he get his fame and became known for playing DMB covers).

Anyways, just my opinion. Also I happen to like DMB more than him and I frequent their board, so I may be biased.
