but I've only listened to Altars, Blessed, and Covenant due to the generally negative attitudes towards anything after that. I'll get around to hearing it for myself one day, but it's rare that I think something is amazing when it is generally considered an inferior work. I suppose the exception that springs to mind is Funeral Mist's Salvation (and the material before it, for that matter, as FM isn't very well liked at least around here).

Formulas Fatal To the Flesh is certainly a post Domigaytion album worth looking into. Don't expect anything that defines the genre (like the first two), but there are definitely moments of greatness scattered about it. Can't speak for Gateways or Heretic, as I haven't heard them.
