More Fills for EZ!!!

Another vote for programming 'em yourself.

Plus, if you're not a drummer, you'll learn more about drums that way, which will make you a better writer/band member, because you'll have a better understanding of the other instruments you're working with.

Yeah I love how nondrummer peoples such as myself like to program completely impossible drums.
Like three cymbals, a snare and a kick all at once. Like as if the four armed dude from Mortal Kombat is on the skins.

I Hate when people say this.

I can hold my own on the drums but as a guitarist, it's sometimes hard trying to create awesome sounding fills/runs/patterns.

I like to think that then again, it is a drum machine not a drummer. So why limit yourself to real drummers' limitations? Enjoy the possibilities a drum machine offers over humans :)

When I first started programming drums, I was a terrible drummer. Doing it all myself drove me to pay alot more attention to drums, which made me a much better musician and songwriter - and it's also alot more fulfilling.

I think that's the motivation for encouraging people to do it themselves.

But I'm sure that doesn't work for everybody.
