I have no idea what you're meant to do on this game and before you suggestsa FAQs and walkthroughs i've tried them and they're useless. All of them say that in the castle there is a blue knight who will drop a key when you kill it. I see no key to pick up, how do you explain this?

I'm pretty sure noone will help or answer me but it's worth a try.

Are you in the very beginning of the game?

Look, this is very simple. Look for a place in the castle that looks like this:

Go down the stairs to this room

Kill the evil blue knight

Voila, the key! Now grab the key and chest and go through the south door

Hell... You know, sometimes I need a thread like this to remind me how my life does not suck that much, in fact.
Think about it; wouldn't you want a life where trivial things like bus rides are the most exciting things ever, and when video games designed to allow 7 year olds to finish them without much hardship poses troubles so perplexing that you have to ask on message boards about detailed solutions?

What's boring, trivial and simple to everyone else becomes epic adventures for Profanity! I, for one, envy the guy

Well that key isn't there on my game. On my game you can either start from the sanctuary or richies house. From those 2 starting locations I go straight to that room, defeat the enemy and there's no key. I'll post pictures to prove it.

Well, if you can start from the sanctuary, you have gotten farther than that. If you were playing a new game from an empty save slot, you would have to finish the castle, but it seems that someone else has finished the castle before you. What you need to do now is start from the sanctuary, and go south-west to the village and search for a man called Sahasrahla to tell you about the Eastern Palace. Alternatively, that's been done too so you need to go the the Eastern Palace. It lies to the East.

Alternatively, and what I recommend: delete the save file and start a new game from the beginning.

Well 7 year old must think differently top a 21 year old A-Level Psychology student and other groups of intellectual people.

Back when I finished Zelda there was no Internet and kids were beating the crap out of each other in the schoolyard for bits of advice. That was epic adventure :Spin:

On June 15th, 2021, California removed its indoor mask mandate. So today I went to the grocery store in this newly reborn maskless era. Carried mine with me but checked the sign out front, it said if you are vaccinated, no need for a mask. If you are not vaccinated, please wear one.

Great!

So I walked in, free and/or easy, as one of few maskless folk. Grabbed a sammitch and a bag o' apples, and got in line. In front of me was another maskless person. Let's call her, oh, Karen. Cashier had her mask on. The following conversation ensued.

Cashier: "how does it feel without the mask, nice, right?"
Karen: "i don't have to wear one."
Cashier: "...no, i'm glad, that's good, finally!"
Karen: "i never wore one! only if someone chased me down and threatened to kick me out would i put it on!"

Karen then looks at me for support.

Me: "i read the sign to make sure, and i am vaccinated. but i wore one for quite some time."
Karen: "FREE AT LAST!"

Exit Karen

Me: "i wore mine until yesterday actually. and i'll carry it with me anyhow."
Cashier: "thank you, we all appreciate that. have a great day!"
Me: "have a lovely day as well!"

Exit NAD

Has anyone played The Minish Cap? I was thinking of buying an upgraded GBA (backlit screen, rechargeable battery, refurbished buttons, etc, yes I am aware of the GB SP but they're way too small for my hands).

yeah. it's fun enough, but it's not made by nintendo and it kind of shows, the real Magic ain't there. it's very linear too, not much exploration.

portable zeldas range from the super good (link's awakening) to absolute trash (spirit tracks) so ymmv. minish cap is towards the better end of the spectrum but it's nowhere near a link to the past.

I got a story as well, but just going to do a copy pasta pf my yelp review of the ordeal.

Good to know after 19 months of wearing a government diaper, that this local establishment wants to continue spreading the gift of Covid cheer. California re-opened today, but this fine Poke establishment still carries onward in Lenin like fashion. Got met by a kid after standing in line for 5 minutes as they swatted the flies circling over sashimi in 102 degree heat. "Excuse me, but do you guys have masks?" Sure I thought to myself, I got plenty of Newsom issued government diapers in my jalopy that I could slap on if I so desired. Except after being socially conditioned to forget my reflection for a year and a half I didnt feel like wearing an fn mask. The little kid retorted to my entreaty that the State re-opened with "derpy derp, this is a private business." Ok, and I got a lot of private money that I will no longer toss towards this fly trap. When do these tyrants plan on removing these diapers? After vaccine v23, some arbitrary date in the year 2042, or when Newsom's leftist grandkid runs the remnant of this fallen state further into the ground? How many hurdles do I have to jump through to buy some fn fish? Id rather go to Santa Monica and reel in salmon drenched in sewage than give this place or its socially engineered fear mongering horde a kopeck of my hard earned.

I can go to the gym maskless and sweat all over the machines. I can go to the Dodger game, 56000 strong breast to breast maskless, no biggy. None of these joints will get a cotton picking dime from me. Stop being fearful of your own shadows. Fuggin bubble boys, have some self respect.
