Anyone taken a look at the new Morpheus DropTune pedal. I just watched the following video on Youtube about it and it looked sort of interesting. Unlike most "Octaver' type pedals, it can handle chords, not just single note playing. It can drop your tuning down up to 3 1/2 steps, so your E string all the way down to A.

I also watched this video (I don't understand the language) but it shows how well it tracks - plus Leo Mancini of the band Shaman is a great guitarist.

This is beastly. I wonder how well it would work for tracking guitars and if it affects the tone at all...

Someone's going to have to buy it, and I don't want it to be me this time :waah:

Bump, has anyone tried this pedal yet? It looks fucking awesome. I found out about it from a tweet or something from one of Katatonia's guitarist when the guy that run the company died and he said he used this pedal.

I tried one out. It's kind of weird hearing one tuning from your guitar, and another from the amp!

It works quite well. A little bit of high-end tone-loss, but nothing to grumble about really.
