I'm listening to Debussy's classic "Claire de Lune" right now and it's blowing me away (as always, I pretty much listen to it everyday)... the part that starts at about 2:00 is one of the most amazing experiences ever.
Along with that, a ridiculously large quantity of Chopin's slower works are amazingly beautiful.
