Accept - Breaker

That does not surprise me at all.

At least I gave it a try! ;) Just was not my cup of tea. However, I'll have to admit that Track #7 - "Never Is a Promise" off of Tidal was quite nice, though, plus the album as a whole did seem to have a nice clean recording quality to it on my Klipsch rig. Also to add, I was actually quite surprised to find this on eMusic!

Well that is true you did.

I agree. While I like some of Fiona's stuff (I say some because I've not heard it all) I think that going purely on vocals Khan sings circles around Fiona. Sorry I'd have to say Kamelot wins on just about everything for me.

 Jeez, really? Do you realize that you are comparing apples and oranges here here? Hell not even that friuts and vegetables (khan possibly the fruit;)
Well my dad could beat up your dad.

Khan's voice is one of the biggest reasons I could never get into that band. It seems to have no emotion a sounds monotone.

I took some Kamalot out into the car a couple of weeks ago to let my employee hear some of the bands she might see down there.
Her response to Kamalot; "what the hell is wrong with this guy? Sounds like he should get over himself" It was so funny at the moment.

my pagans mind cherry just got popped...m/

gods equation..

Good place to start! :headbang:

Haven't listened to anything yet, but in light of the recent Kamalot announcement, will have to go spin Black Halo followed Isolation later one. However, right now, need to fix this damn leaky faucet in the upstairs bathroom.

You already got the Kingsbane?

yes, ain't i a lucky bastard sometimes?! haha, i pressured IK to send me one before his vacation and then luckily his vacation was delayed enough to score copies for ProgPower customers! you can all thank me later!

it's funny in the liners the pictures of them and EARLY Dream Theater guys.

i highly recommend this to any prog metal fans. it was recently rated #1 progressive demo by the readers of Rock Hard in Germany. it's no joke.

I regularly listen to Celestial Entrance and Enigmatic : Calling. God's Equation, while good, is not quite as good as the other two mentioned IMHO.

As for listening to lately... hmm... need to listen to some older Kamelot to get more familiar with their back catalog.
