Motley Crue's much-anticipated 'Saints of Los Angeles' will have a decent debut in the US later this week, but not enough to detrone Coldplay's 'Viva La Vida'.

According to Hits Daily Double, the Crue album will debut at number 4 with sales of around 90,000.

Coldplay will do another 200,000+ in the US this week, bringing total sales in America to around 1 million.

'Saints of Los Angeles' doesn't have enough momentum to beat Disney's 'Camp Rock' soundtrack or Lil Wayne's 'Tha Carter III' but it is looking like equally the debut position of the last album from the original line-up, 'Generation Swine' from 1997.

Other debuts on the US chart this week will be Three 6 Mafia 'Last 2 Walk' and Shinedown 'Sound of Madness', both in the Top 10.

Other Top 40 debuts will be Amos Lee 'Last Days At The Lodge', Cute Is What We Aim For 'Rotation', Metro Station 'Metro Station' and Sigur Ros 'Med Sud I Eyrum Vid Spilum Endla'.
