Can anyone let me in on which is the best software to use for downloading mp3s? Also, where are the songs located?

audiogalaxy is the best i've used...morpeus/karza tend to be a little faster, but the selection is no where as good...

Hey Mr. Black when I use audiogalaxy it always slows down my web page loads. I don't know why it does this, it didnt when I first had it, it may be the version I have. Do you know why it is slowing my computer down?

Kazaa/Morpheus (www.musiccity.com) is also pretty good!

i could never surf whilst downloading with audiogalaxy, ive got a shitty connection though and i leave it overnight. but its the best because of the huge choice for smaller bands

I've downloaded up to four songs at once wth Audiogalaxy, definitely the best file sharing program out there, all the Napster clones suck...

morningrise.... in your audiogalaxy window, go to preferences or options or whatever it is, and turn down the bandwidth throttle. that will slow down your music downloads, but it should increase your browsing speed.

and Reaper... whether or not you can download more than one song at a time can't really be changed by the user. it depends on the bandwidth available for both parties, and the preferences of both parties

for mp3's than u definetly want audiogalaxy, it has a huge selection...for videos and other stuff you should use kazaa (www.kazaa.com) or morpheus (www.musccity)

btw. kazaa and morpheus are pretty much the same, just different colour

Yes, you need to have at least 25 mp3's in your shared folder, and then you get the option to download more than 1 song at a time.
After you have 25 songs in your folder, go to the main page on audiogalaxy web site and you should see a menu bar with how many songs you want to download at the same time, which you can change between 1 to 10.
