GC is ok, so I don't think it'll be a bad experience.

Yeah I got my last ESP bass via musicians friend, no problems at all. I would recommend them. However I find it easier to get coupons to guitar center, even 5% in the form of a coupon code can be solid cash savings on a new guitar, hit up the GC website or google guitar center coupon codes and see what you find. MF and GC are pretty much the same now anyways.

Man, how come you guys don't offer any sort of loyal customer discount/coupon, been ordering stuff from you guys for years!

But in all fairness MF is pretty good, Korg wouldn't give me the mail in rebate as promised on a recent microSampler purchase and the guy I talked to at MF gave me the amount of the rebate as credit. So you guys get an A+ on customer service.

Ya MF is pretty good i've ordered a guitar from them once. However imo if you don't have a GC or MF coupon I prefer American Music Supply cause they don't charge tax or shipping.

MF is pretty incredible. Before I moved to where I live now, I shopped with them almost exclusively. Still though, try your local dealer first Supporting your local economy is incredibly important! If they can't get what you are looking for (or they piss you off), then hit up MF or Sam Ash.
