Ironbird, Yay or Nay?

I'm thinking of getting a B.C. Rich Ironbird as my next guitar. Trouble is, none of the Rich dealers in my area have them in stock, which means I'd have to order one from them, and that also means I can't play it first to see how I like it. so my question is, is there anybody here that has one, had one, or played one at all? If you have, can you recommend one to me, or should I get something else?

bc rich ironbirds are some really nice guitars. i played one, a year ago at some guitar expo. it had a really nice feel. but i still like my jackson nonetheless

I like them quite a bit. you gotta get the US versions though on the BCrich. means more money, but not shit guitar.

Yeah iron bird is one of the best B.C. rich guitars. As suggested by the wanderer get the U.S. version a neck thru if it isnt to much cash.

Sure, the BC Rich custom shop will make you just about anything you've the balls to order...

Just keep an eye on ebay.... a lot of cool BC Rich stuff out there.
