I found this forum and the musical taste here seems to match mine, and I like the stuff the members have created. So, I thought I'd share my bands first song here.

Drums are hardly there. Sounds like all cymbals. The rest sounds decent though.

there's too much cymbal. I make the same mistake in my mixes too. also, the rest of the drums could come up in the mix a little. other than that it's good!

Yeah, it's a tough balance to find. We like loud cymbals and our drummer did most of the mixing so he might have set himself a bit low. I've heard that people tend to set their instrument a tad low.
