seriously, A Doomed Lover is the BEST closer MDB have ever written.

The Blue Lotus features Stainthorpe's best vocal performance.

This album has some classic MDB moments. A Doomed Lover is the best closer they have though, you're right. The end of Catherine Blake is also a highlight.

The Blue Lotus is one of my favorite songs.
That and the opening track.... Great opening imo.

The rest of the album I don't remember being very memorable. I haven't listened in years though.
