Listen to Cry of Mankind. The Dreadful Hours is also a good choice.
i cant take my eyes off the rock chick in your sig, black core.
Enjoy! So I ended up getting "Turn Loose the Swans", nd gave it a listen last night. Very good, but I'll need to listen a few more times before I can comment more on it than that I llike it. Thanks all!
one of my favourite bands, regardless what anyone else thinks of them. A lot of fans think "turn loose the swans" or "the angel and the dark river" are their best but my favourite is "the dreadful hours". a good introduction would also be their 2nd latest album "songs of darkness, words of light"
Their best.I often feel perplexed about people's feelings to***ds SOD,WOD. Personally I think it's a fucking brilliant album with some great lyrics and story telling. Beautifully romantic.
Apparently there was quite an uproar just before and on its release because of the switch from violin to keys. Many old school MDB fans hated SOD,WOD.
