My favorite METAL song of 2013 so far

The new HELKER album is absolutely monsterous. On the new track "No Chance To Be Reborn" I swear I hear bits and pieces of the late great DIO being channeled. Also posted is a video of the song "Wake Up".

It's okay. It's a decent song and the guy can sing, but it seems very by the numbers to me.

This is killer stuff for me and the singer is awesome. I can't wait to hear the album. Their previous album, A.D.N., sung in their native tongue (they're from Argentina) was also pretty good. Here's a video.

Dont get the "by the numbers" comment but 2 each is own.

Great riffs, great vocals, great production, great chorus, great everything that a kick ass melodic metal song needs.

I like it but I don't think the chorus is catchy for my tastes. It sounds to similar to the verses. Great riffs and production though.

I like it! I'm thinking it will appeal those of us that miss the days of "dark power metal bands" like Tad Morose and Angel Dust. Good stuff!

I'm with Firebreath. I think it's great stuff, but lacks a good big hook chorus comparable with the rest of the song.
