My Interface just fried my Tuner (no kidding)

So... Guitar -> Korg DT-10 (Pedalboard Powersupply) -> Focusrite USB 6, the Tuner and the Guitar-Bridge was under current and now my tuner does not work anymore...

has anyone of you encountered such a thing before? My mind is blown (so is my arm, kinda twitches).
