Everything is great.. those shifters aren't the best, but they'll be fine. Only thing ot watch is the haye's mechanicals... mechanical disk breaks usually only last a year or 2 of use... they wear out fast, and you can't really fix em. Ride em till they die and get some hydraulics... better modulation and they last forever... (7 years and going on my hayes hydros... I changed from a 6" rotor to an 8" and only had to change the oil thrice... the lever broke once, and the cable got busted twice).

Yeah, Ive read about hyrdaulics as being the absolute way to go. I'll ride em out til they break and take your advice!
