Trust me, I've listened to way more -core than most here know. Granted I'm not familiar with these newer bands.

Name a 90's front runner -core band and chances are I'm familiar with them. The problem is that the genre can't offer much beyond a few sounds.

I don't even know what metalcore is anymore. Lamb of God? Shadows Fall? Dillinger Escape Plan? All three blow monkey butt.
