I've got them (including both versions of the original issue of the self titled - there were completely different covers for the Euro and North American versions). Both are collector's items. I should let you score a haul.

IIRC a regular license in Canada permits you to drive here, the USA and Japan, but nowhere else unless you get some special thing like Thanatopsis123

For an American to drive in Japan they need an IDP. Yes, you have to pay for it and can only get it at AAA. After a year it expires and the Japanese government requires us to get a Japanese driver's license.
