my parents got me a 30GB iPod for Christmas (I suggested Creative to them, but they went with the trend)

oh well, an mp3 player is an mp3 player to me.
 
haha it's really really nice and I like it, but the manual is really really useless.

I follow the instructions in the manual that came with it, but no, when I have to plug the thing in the ipod immediately FREEZES and there is NOTHING in the manual telling me what to do about it. there's only three things on this thing that do anything and nothing works, so I bugger over to the online .pdf manual (which is what SHOULD have been included in with the thing) and THEN find out how this thing works.

so much for Apple simplicity

but hey, other than that it's really cool and shiny.
 
No offense, but if you can't figure out how to get an iPod to work, you might to reconsider leaving the house in the future. :loco:

nah, it's no problem to work, except for the fact that the sub-manual that comes with it is FREAKIN SIX SENTENCES LONG. Hell, I don't even think the little manual that came with it tells me how to turn it off, much less what to do when the thing spontaneously freezes on me. (don't worry, I figured it out, I'm not THAT stupid)
