Storm of the light's bane is their only other album and it happens to be the best album ever. Live Legacy is one of the best "live" albums ever so I think it's worth the dough.

I wasn't insinuating anything. I was wondering if you made a distinction between the two. obviously, bands like the Dead have actually encouraged trading boots, but then you have the haters.

Most real traders will only spread their music for free, regardless of the band or the style of music. As you've said, only a small % of bands openly endorse the live taping of their music. Most bands don't care though, even if they don't have an actual policy. It's not like a band/artist loses money from a live recording being spread for free...
