Nvrmr2FeelDPain: Warrel sees me videotaping and gives me an "evil eye" glare for 4 seconds (he told me later that it was just for fun)
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: now, right before the solo of I, Voyager... security guard leaps over 4 layers of people and takes my vid cam

Nvrmr2FeelDPain: now, during their set (after i got the cam taken away)
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: all i could think was that it felt that i betrayed my best friend
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: because i was illegally recording Nevermore, a band that's helped me through so much
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: now, after their set, i go up to the guy that took it
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: he takes the tape out of the camera and stomps on it
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: that ONE tape cost like $12
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: because its 36 for a pack of 3
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: he put the camera in the boxoffice for me to pick up later
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: now, throughout Dimmu, I felt like a pile of shit
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: from there; Bill, Dan, Key, Derick (chromatose), Cara (ct_thrash), and Mike came back from the front because the pit swallowed up bill on the floor
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: after dimmu, we leave the place in search of the tourbus, which we get to eventually
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: Jeff is out there, and we all get pics taken... my friends get autographs and such, and we're BSing about things
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: he said that *selfcensor so surprise isnt ruined* and *selfcensor* WILL be on the upcoming headlining tour

Nvrmr2FeelDPain: we talk a bit more, and then he gets Warrel to come out of the bus
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: first person he comes to is me
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: we shake hands...
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: i apologize for the videotaping thing, and he said he had no problem with it
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: we BS for a bit, more pics get taken
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: everyone goes back in the tourbus and park somewhere (they were loading up the stuff from the show
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: we follow the bus
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: after a bit of time, we go to get some food... Van's ordering stuff
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: we didnt bother him
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: so there we are sitting talking abou thow much the night was ruling so far
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: then, Warrel shows up int he pizza place
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: completely bypasses the food and the guy working there and stands next to us
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: we talk for a good half hour about stuff
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: he said there will be alot of old stuff on the tour
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: 3 from DNB
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: *selfcensor*, *selfcensor*, and... he didnt mention the other one
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: we're talking about Fruit of the Loomis, and we crack up
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: we say that the next step is pasting jeff's head on porno
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: and Jeff burnt the picture haha
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: he said that when they were touring for the selftitled, they opened for Death. at every show, people threw stuff at them
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: after that, i asked him if the group i was with could get a pic with the whole band
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: he said yes, and we went outside, where Jim was standing around
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: more pics of jim there, then we went to the tourbus
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: there, Loomis told me to wear a blue suit to the Brooklyn show
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: Steve Smyth told me about the new Testament cd that is almost finished. it may be released around June
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: and he's been working on a solo album for the past 2 years, and it's coming along slowly... but it's getting done when he has free time
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: from there, we gather everyone up and take the group picture
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: which is going to turn out fucking sweet
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: gonna post it when we get the pic developed

Nvrmr2FeelDPain: Jeff gave us all guitar picks (with his name on em)
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: Smyth gave us pics with his name on em

Nvrmr2FeelDPain: i asked warrel if i could have permission to videotape them in Brooklyn, and he said that he has no problem whatsoever with it... but we'll get it worked out with the venue when we all get there
Nvrmr2FeelDPain: so in conclusion... Nevermore not only are the greatest band on earth, they're the greatest people on earth

Nvrmr2FeelDPain: and in Brooklyn, I hope to hang out with them again. i don't really see them as "NEVERMORE!!! GODS OF METAL!!!!" anymore.... i see them as friends that write some excellent music

MY REVIEW:

we get to will's house. then we all leave. will and zob rombie rode in chrome's car with us, and we followed the rest of the bunch there. first of all, when we were drving there we saw the buses about a block or so away from the trocadero. so after we parked and we were all together, we went over to the buses. we saw jeff in the neverbus but he was on the phone with his mom(as he later explained), so he just waved at us. so we went back to the troc and got in line...then went in...chrome and i gradually make our way up to the front during hypocrisy and children of bodom. then nevermore comes on. woooooooooo!!! they're playin, and warrel looks at me, so i start pointing to my shirt and twisting around so the light would hit it. he reads it, laughs, and tells jim! hahaha. nevermore!!!!! if only they could have played longer. and only if the big monkey man BASTARD in front of me hadn't been such a BASTARD!! not letting me get up against the railing for optimum shirt viewing . then dimmu comes on, and we're still in the pit, which starts swaying around...TOO much! so we got out of there. as did everyone else we were with. near the end of dimmu's set i see a tall hooded figure walking into the lobby. a tall hooded figure with rosy cheeks!! jim!!! i tell everybody "it's jim!" chrome doesn't believe me. "naw thats just some random guy." then jim turns around. "oh that is him!" so we talk to him for a few minutes. he didn't know about the afterparty until we told him...so then he disappeared for a long time after the show haha. after the show we go to the buses, but nevermore's isn't there. then will talks to vicki(?) on the phone, who is still at the trocadero. she said nevermore's bus was there so we high-tailed it back over there! and there we got autographs and pics from all except jim, who was most likely at the afterparty getting boozed up. and jeff liked my shirt! alot!! then they all get back on the neverbus and take off...so a few minutes later we run back to where all the buses were, and their bus is there! not much happens, and we've been pondering about getting some pizza at the pizza place on the corner. but then van and some other dude and a girl head down to the pizza place. so we wait a little while and then go and get some pizza. van and company leaves...but a while later warrel comes in!! wooo! everyone had a nice long chat with warrel. very cool guy. i think that should be a philly tradition from now on! hahaha. its getting to be time for warrel to go, so will asks him if we can get a group pic and he said he could make that happen. so we all walk out together and whoa!! there's jim!! hahahaha. so i made him sign my fruit of the loomis shirt before he disappeared again haha. then we all start walking toward the bus, and i look back and jim's goine again. then he reappears. i think he's a ghost lol. then the rest of the guys come out of the bus and we're all standing around together. then jeff starts talking to me about my shirt and said he wanted one. so i'm going to make him one and bring it to the dec. 11th show in d.c.! he said he would wear it onstage hahaha. then he asked chrome, "hey can i hug your girl? is it safe? can i steal her away?" hahahhaa. then he went and passionately hugged will . so we take our group pic, and before they take off i get steve to sign my shirt as well. COMPLETE! oh and steve and jeff gave us guitar picks. then, we go and bother alexi laiho for a few minutes and he autographed chrome's pizza box. he said he'd never signed a pizza box before hahahaaa.
VERY awesome night indeed!!! so good that i even had dreams about it.
