Really generic riffs, but it was only for test purposes anyway so I just laid any crap down.

Signal chain is as follows;

Impulses were rectifier_set_up_da_impact (whoever those are, can't remember where I got them! Maybe here? dunno...) quad tracked.

may I ask a n00b question? how do you record guitars, I mean u plug in the axe directly into the soundcard, then you rip off the riffs without processed monitor (hearing only the dry??) or you rec with an interface with processed monitor, but sending the dry signal to the recing channel?
sorry for my english, hopefully you can get my point. I m really curious bout that.

I do the second one; I record with podxt which has processed monitor, but only tracks dry signal. Then i just lay on whatever plug-ins!
