Mystery Track from Powermad 1998 sampler

Proving once again that I have no life whatsoever, I've begun ripping all my promo samplers to my hard drive. Hey, everything else was there - why not.

I need some help identifying this song. Not because I like it, but because I ripped it. It needs to be properly tagged, or I will die. It's a hidden track from the Powermad 1998 sampler - it's track 0 from the second disc. The sound quality is crap on the original and worse on this ripped at 80 kbps version.

Well, I'm pretty sure it's Mystic Force, 'cause that really sounds like Bobby, but I couldn't tell you what the song is.
