NBA PLAYOFFS!

Man, that first half was painful to watch on both sides of the ball, although it most certainly picked up in the 2nd half.

Odom was the man again for the Lake Show.

If LA takes one of the 3 in O-town they should be OK. I'm assuming Orlando must feel they need to sweep at home.

Ron Artest goes to the...Lakers? :err:

That's only because Ariza tried to play tough guy with Kupchak and got his ass run out of town. Now, Ariza is going to end up with a mediocre team and disappear into obscurity.

Ariza can thank his idiot agent for that. So, he'll earn a little more money and never have the chance to be at the top again unless something miraculous happens.

Yeah, it's definitely a shame and a pretty terrible decision on Ariza's part. :erk:

Ariza's success was attributed to the team he was on. Let's see him knock out 12 points, 7 Reb, and 4 steals in a Rocket uniform with a limping Tracy McGrady and POSSIBLY without Yao with a career ending injury. Kupchak and Laker management knew exactly what they were doing. They had a back up plan if Ariza didn't sign and it worked.

That Yao injury is just heart breaking. Never ever ever do I want to see a player go out on a career ending injury in his prime. F'ing shame.

But yeah, Ariza's head AND his agent's head just became WAY too inflated in one very successful playoff year. Good luck in Texas Trevor, you're without Bryant.

I agree. The scary part is with Mcgrady and Yao out for most, if not all of next season, Ariza might become the #1 option in Houston, yikes.
