Need an artist to interpret a small image for me.

Not sure where to put this thread, so move it if necessary, but I have a really small sketch of something (it's a moon, it isn't full of detail or anything) that I basically just need spiced up in an advanced Photoshop or whatever so it looks professional/worthy of something.
