Need crits (DEADLINE soon)

I agree with Folkray above... the snare sounds very robotic and like a drum machine. Are these real drums you're tracking or are you using a drum replacement software? Try blending kits together or adding a room verb IR to the drum bus to give it a more real live feel and help "glue" the drums together. Also seems like your master is clipping a bit. Loudness wars... pfft...

was a quick master to show you guize :D
they were real drums with replacement, i'll work more on the snare, it's just finding the right threshold in APtrigga without it flamming and being a pussy
and I'll be wary of adding the verb since this mix is wet as fuck already but i'll give it a go!

The performance itself seems sloppy as hell, especially in the beginning... any editing made to make then "hit" together? Kick is separated from the mix, maybe a little loud for the genre? Not sure for this one...

And... I see where you wanted to go with the solo but it's a little overdone for my taste...

The solos verb was his own I've tried alot of things to reduce the amount hes got going on but to no success and ive got no DI's for the leads so I might just have to bite the bullet :(
as for performance I know what you mean, the tapping is slow to begin with then he tries to catch up with himself and the hi hats are way off, but if you know anyway of editing an overhead track tell me right now :D

okay DONE

Awkward problem number 1: programmed the intro for the snare as APtrigga isn't really the thing I'm most comfortable with
awkward problem number 2: I then listened back and realised I was getting the sound of the snare from the overheads aswell so it was flamming with the programmed snare
awkward problem number 3: I decided to filter in the track so it's not noticeable
