Need help deciding which of these tones to go with. Help me decide :)

Thanks Clint! Yeah I'll be sticking with the original 5150 tone. And ManFromMars, I did some messing around with blending and I've decided against it. For this project at least.

Tommy, you ever tried replicating that 5150 sound with podfarm? I've tried a little, even with different soft ts pedals. all have different sounds. Maybe the right podfarm head and a impulse of your cabinet?
^^^ never legitimately tried to match one to the other to be honest. How difficult is it to make IRs of a cab? Do I need anything special?

You need a sine wave sweep, and to play it through your cab. There a few threads on here about it.

Okay sorry for the necro bump! Just picked this up again tonight as the band will be back in soon. Looking for some crits, tips, questions, anything.
